I am 26 years old. I studied management in the university and I graduated me. I love the natural resources and I want to preserve and save it. I dedicate my life day per day to work for the natural resources. I write for one environmental newspaper and for three environmental magazines. I work in Mexican Federal Government in the Natural Resources Agency (SEMARNAT) in which I developed projects to restore the ecosystems. I reforested a green area in my city Apizaco. I planted magueyes (mexican specie) to preserve this specie that is in extinction problem. I organize events of environmental education and expos about climate change to inform to the citizens about the environmental issues. I speak 5 languages: Spanish, English, Italian, Portuguese & German. Since I was a child I love the natural resources. Too as person I enjoy to paint with oil paints. I present constantly projects in the congress to modify the laws and have better laws to help to the environment. I practice sports. I presented in the congress policy initiatives to modify the environmental laws. I invented a system to capture the rain water. I won the prize to the best university student in the Mexico Country in environment auspice by Grupo Editorial Expansión, Reebok, SONY, Mancera, Ernst & Young, PRONATURA, MOTOROLA, WYETH, SANTANDER BANK & UNIVERSIA. I won the prize to the best business plan with an ecological city project by TELEVISA, Espacio Vanguardia & El Instituto de Empresa de España.

Yes. I participate with many institutions and networks. I participate in the Network of the United Nations in Mexico that is called GEO JUVENIL, this is a network of young people who fights for the environment. In my work in SEMARNAT I develop many projects to restore ecosystems, to plant trees, to protect the forests, to prevent the fire, to protect the animals in their natural habitat, to save energy and more. I present periodically and many times projects to reform the laws or to create laws for help the natural resources. I write for three environmental magazines (PRONATURA, BIOSFERA & HANDS EARTH). I write for an environmental newspaper than is called MI AMBIENTE. Too I participate in the network Youth Mexicans versus the Climate Change. I am leader of the BIOTU not organization profit. I am member of 350 organization.

SOIL RESTORATION IN TLAXCALA, MEXICO. In my job I had to lead a project to restore soils eroded in 2,652 hectare and more or less 5,543 acres in 65 communities to do that I had to work with local authorities of those little communities and we had to select 2,715 persons who worked to develop the projects. So I had to teach they in order to build the ditches, the board & dikes. I have to work with my networks to found the people, the lands & terrains. I have to work with authorities to pay for the job. The principal goal was restore the eroded, too stop the erosion, another goal was the capture of rain water, in the board and dikes we planted magueyes, trees, fruit trees, nopal and others in order to restore the vegetable native original of the land. The results were that we restored more than 3,000 hectare of eroded soils, we benefit economic or give profits to more than 3,000 of families. We planted more than 294,300 trees, magueyes, nopales and fruit trees. We are capturing per year more than 2,600,000 cubic meters of water.

REFORESTATION IN APIZACO CITY. In the big green area of a school I decided to plant trees because is the unique green area in the city and in the urban zone, many people runs there, so I decide recover the vegetable original and I required to the government and organizations help to buy the trees I get it and after this I required the authorization to the school to plant them. I advertise the event and I looked for the help of the citizens and neighbors to plant them and I get it successfully. Finally I could plant in the green area of the community more than 500 trees.

POLICY INITIATIVES. I presented a policy initiative in the congress to protect the maguey (Mexican plant) that is in extinction danger and after lobby with the members of the congress I could approve the law to protect the maguey.
